*What products do you use?

We want to make sure that the environment, you and your family are safe. We use only natural products. A list of our ingredients can be found on our website under products.

 

*What if I have allergies?

We get a list of any and all preferences as well as allergies in our In-Person interview. You will never have to worry, any allergies will be documented in your file.

 

*What do I do with my pets while you are here?

We kindly ask that you put your pet in a safe place so not to be disturbed. We will more than happily work around them.

 

*Will I have the same crew clean my home every time?

Yes, we are a small family run & owned business. This ensures that we know your wants and needs so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

 

*Why do you do In-Person quotes?

We like to meet with you and get to know your wants, needs and any extras that you may require from time to time. It also makes it easier to give the most accurate and fair quote.

*Is it ok to tip?

Although tipping is definitely not a requirement, it is most definitely appreciated.
 

 

*What incentives do you offer?

We have a 10% off your first cleaning that runs year round. We

also have a referral program. When you refer a friend, you will get 20% off your next cleaning after they complete theirs. They will in return also get $10 off their cleaning in correspondence with the 10% off their first clean.

 

*When is my bill due?

All payments are due at the end of your service day.

 

*What payments do you take?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank drafts and cash. We process our payments through a payment source on our website.

 

*What if I’m not happy with something?

Simply give us a call and we will make it right. We will deduct off your bill or (if available) we will send someone back out to correct the issue.

 

*What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can throw curve balls. That goes for you and us. We have a set of fees for you as well as us. See Cancelation Policy Page.

*Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we do a month to month verbal agreement, that you may cancel at any time. The only thing we ask is for a 30 day notice.

 

*What is your inclement weather policy?

If there is bad weather we will make every attempt to safely make it to your service. We will follow the suggestions of the National Weather Service as well as local, county and government procedures. We will attempt to reach you via phone or text message. We just want everyone to be safe.
